BEWARE the warm welcome as the reality is absurd. At first, everything seemed great and friendly, but it turned into a mess: They returned the bike with serious damages and missing parts (see photos). I tried to discuss this with the owner, his behavior shifted right away. She started screaming, calling names, and is now ghosting me and this conversation entirely. Repairs requested : 1. Replace the broken right side handle bar and set to the above the crown position. Outcome: 1. Damaged crown. 2. Questionable fork protrusion gap. 3. Bar end mirror mount is tossed to the trash. ('they didn't know how to mount it, so decided to trash it". Gave it back to me by pulling out of the trash can after my request of the missing part). 4. Messy paint job (not even asked for). 5. Refusal to provide a receipt. They completely avoid any responsibility for their mistakes and zero accountability or support if issues arise.

FAKE TIRES TY:DR - They misrepresent counterfeit Asian tires as genuine European imports. I ordered a tire from them online, first thing I noticed the tire said Diablo, but it did not say Pirelli. The more info I checked online the worst it got. Turns out they buy cheap fake tires from Asia and resell them as European top brands. Here’s the summary.: It came wrapped up like a hostess dingdong. I hope that doesn’t mean that as soon as you open the wrapper, it starts getting dry and hard. The tire has no speed rating on the side wall. On the website, it has several different speed ratings some of which make absolutely no sense. The profile is fairly flat and the carcass is very stiff. I imagine that if I ever do put it on one of my bikes, it will do a great job of keeping the rim from sitting directly on the asphalt. I went back online and ordered myself a real continental tire for my bike from a different store.

I brought my motorcycle in for an oil change, and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, professional, and treated me with great care. They always do a great job, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy motorcycle service. Thank you!

Ryan was so nice to me, he's so friendly and I felt very pleased. He did the work on my bike faster than he told he was gonna take and gave me a really good price for a new tire. I defenetly recommend him.

$95 oil change for my Yamaha bolt. Great deal. Ryan was super nice. Got in and got out within 30 mins. I’ll be coming back for future service on my bike. It’s on western, might miss it if you ride too fast. Shop is in the front.
